History

Tessa grew up in Auckland and has always lived in greated Auckland. Tessa is a City and Guilds qualified chef since 1986 and in 2008/2009 enrolled at NSIA where she successfully completed an NZQA approved diploma in culinary arts.

Since leaving NSIA she has run her own custom baking business Sweet Expectations.

Sweet Expectations

Tessa trades as a custom baker as "Sweet Expectations" she can make most kinds of cakes, biscuits, muffins, cupcakes and other desserts.

Tessa bakes and sells to order and also sells her baking through markets in Grey Lynn and Blockhouse Bay.

Personal

Tessa lives in Auckland and is married to Bruce Clement who is currently typing up this website so only nice things will be said about him here :).
